██████████████████████. [message BLOCKED.] (ʀᴀ ɴᴏ. 10175)

RA 10175 is the CyberCrime Prevention Act of 2012 which shall take effect tomorrow–Oct. 3, 2012, 15 days after it had been published on newspapers. Good that everyone on Facebook is now aware of the online defamation.

    • The message above is currently shared by the online community in the Philippines to show their disgust over the anti-cyber crime law which included the crime of libel. Instead of saying something bad, they use the black line and the corresponding message as a sort of telling everyone the effects of the law.
