NTC to bar low-performing networks from getting new subscribers

The Phililippines’ NTC Commissioner Gamaliel Cordoba told the Senate today that it would impose sanctions against telecommunication companies that “fail to comply with standards” of the NTC. However, Senator Franklin Drilon doubted if that promise would be carried out by the commission against erring telcos.

  1. i hope the new ntc law is effective for globe customer service not having the ability to talk to the advanced teck dept calle advanced escolation team as all they can do is make a email report that never gets answered especially when it involves main server repairs
