Globe sent an SMS on Wednesday to its subscribers announcing free access to Twitter for a limited time-starting July 20 until July 31,2012. Globe subscribers must register by texting FREE TWITTER to 8888. However, the offer is only for prepaid subscribers. Earlier, Smart offers free Facebook access to all of its subscribers.
