Many Facebook users, at least my contacts, have received today an email notification from the social network site telling users that their accounts have been temporarily hide from the site due to “Suspicious Activity”.
Facebook told its users that “It looks like someone else may have accessed your Facebook account” which trigger the site to protect the accounts of its users by hiding the account.
Users were advised to go through several steps of security measures including changing the passwords before logging back in.
In my case, i also experienced the same when suddenly i was logged out from my account and asked to follow the security steps.
There’s no word yet from Facebook what went wrong this afternoon.
